Inetum, a global IT services leader in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks an ITSM Senior to support the development and evolution of our ServiceNow platform. You will configure ITSM modules, manage Incident & Problem processes, create dashboards, and support users across IT and Business Analyst teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of ITSM experience, strong ServiceNow expertise, and knowledge of REST APIs and IntegrationHub to drive continuous improvement and effective service delivery.

• Strong expertise in ITSM modules.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and IntegrationHub.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and customize ITSM modules.
• Implement and enhance Incident & Problem Management processes.
• Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
