KCS IT is seeking an Amazing: SERVICENOW Developer to join our hybrid team based in Porto, Portugal. We require 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience, ITIL familiarity, and strong English skills.

The role offers a hybrid work model with 2 days per week at the Porto office and exposure to multiple client projects across sectors. You will design and implement custom apps, workflows, integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON), and admin tasks within ITSM/ITOM/CMDB/Service Portal, contributing to

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and system administration.
• Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow development, including custom application and workflow development, UI customization, and system configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Portal.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and MID Server.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and their application in ServiceNow development.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
