Job summary

Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in IT Service Management or Project Management roles.
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
- Certifications like ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of ITSM digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Manage all project stages and documentation for governance reviews.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital improvement.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into specifications.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors for technical alignment.
- Monitor solution performance and value realization against KPIs.
