Fortil Switzerland SA is seeking an ITSM Project Manager in Porto, Portugal to drive the delivery and lifecycle management of IT Service Management digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in IT Service Management or Digital Solutions Delivery.

You will lead change management initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure solution performance aligns with business objectives. Fortil supports professional development and equality in the workplace.

Qualificações

• At least 6 years of experience in IT Service Management or Project Management roles.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Certifications like ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of ITSM digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Manage all project stages and documentation for governance reviews.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital improvement.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into specifications.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors for technical alignment.
• Monitor solution performance and value realization against KPIs.
