Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Travel Customer Agent to support travelers before, during, and after trips, ensuring smooth journeys across multiple channels. You will handle reservations, changes, and inquiries with a customer-centric approach.

The role requires Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2), with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and at least 1 year in customer support. Relocation assistance and health benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide multi-channel travel support via phone, email, live chat.
• Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and related requests.
• Provide accurate travel information on flights, accommodations, transportation, policies.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while delivering a personalized service experience.
• Manage customer cases and escalate complex situations when necessary.
• Maintain records of interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Stay informed about travel services, policies, industry trends and products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to deliver timely solutions.
