Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Travel Customer Specialist to support travellers before, during, and after their trips. You will handle reservations, changes, and inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, delivering professional and friendly service.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2), with at least one year in customer support, a proactive mindset, and the ability to learn quickly.

Qualificações

• Language skills: Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Support.
• Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn and grow in CS.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and travel-related requests.
• Provide accurate information about flights, accommodations, transport, and policies.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently with a positive, personalized service experience.
• Manage cases and escalate complex situations when necessary.
• Maintain records of interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
