Cross Border Talents is hiring a Travel Advisor in Porto, Portugal. You will support travelers before, during, and after trips across multiple channels, delivering exceptional service and accurate information on bookings and policies.

Requirements include Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2), at least 1 year in customer support, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Relocation support and onsite work are offered.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in customer support.
• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and travel-related requests.
• Provide information about flights, accommodations, transportation, policies, and products.
• Resolve inquiries and issues with a positive, personalized service experience.
• Manage customer cases and escalate complex situations when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Approach concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions mindset.
• Stay informed about travel services, policies, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to provide timely solutions.
