Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, providing post-sales technical support for leading domestic appliance brands.

You will diagnose issues, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and coordinate with internal teams. Fluency in Italian and professional English is required, with relocation to Lisbon if necessary.

Qualifications

• Native or C2-level Italian with professional English fluency.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform initial diagnostics and follow troubleshooting workflows.
• Willingness to learn new software tools.
• Location: reside in Portugal or relocate to Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Deliver first-class technical support and post-sales assistance for various small domestic appliance brands.
• Conduct initial diagnostics and follow troubleshooting workflows.
• Handle inquiries regarding product information, orders, repairs, and complaints.
• Utilize multiple software platforms during customer interactions and escalate when needed.
