Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a multicultural team. You will be the first contact for clients, providing post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for leading domestic appliance brands.

You will diagnose issues, follow workflows, assist with orders and questions, and escalate complex problems when needed. A strong English and Italian command, customer focus, and relocation to Lisbon are required.

Qualificações

• Native or C2-level Italian with professional English.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot using workflows.
• Must reside in Portugal or relocate to Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Deliver first-class technical support and post-sales assistance for domestic appliance brands.
• Perform initial diagnostics using standardized procedures and video guides/tutorials.
• Handle inquiries regarding product information, orders, and complaints.
• Utilize multiple software platforms during customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to internal departments when needed.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
