Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join a Portugal-based project. You will provide bilingual support in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical inquiries, and document cases to ensure accurate resolutions.

The role is remote with relocation assistance for eligible candidates. Ideal candidates are based in Portugal or EU passport holders open to relocation, and will bring strong communication, problem solving and customer-service

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Tech-savvy with ability to handle technical inquiries.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and quick thinking.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation.
• Empathetic, patient and customer-focused.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Sales experience a plus but not mandatory.
