Qualifications

• Native or C2-level Italian with professional English.

• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, or reside in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Deliver first-class technical support and post-sales assistance for various appliance brands.
