Eugenia Talent cerca un Team Leader per una società di leisure con base a Lisbona. Il ruolo richiede inglese fluente e italiano madrelingua, gestione di KPI e capacità di guidare un team dinamico in un ambiente multinazionale.

La posizione è full-time dal lunedì al venerdì, con benefit tra cui assicurazione sanitaria fin dal primo giorno e buoni pasto. Si valuta esperienza nel settore turismo/viaggi e orientamento ai risultati.

Qualificações

• Fluente in inglese.
• Madrelingua italiana.
• Comprensione di metriche KPI.
• Disponibilità al multitasking e gestione di attività plurime.
• Esperienza in customer service e/o B2B descritta nel CV.
