Eugenia Talent sucht eine/n Team Leader im Freizeitsektor in Lissabon. Sie führen ein motiviertes Team, planen Ziele, überwachen KPIs und verbessern Prozesse, um erstklassigen Kundenservice sicherzustellen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Team zusammen, coachen Mitarbeitende, berichten regelmäßig über Ergebnisse und tragen zur Marktentwicklung bei. Fließendes Englisch und Deutsch als Muttersprache sind erforderlich.
