Eugenia Talent is seeking a Team Leader for a Leisure Company in Lisbon. The role requires fluent English and native French, with the ability to coach, engage and develop a dynamic team in a multinational environment.

You will build and lead the team, plan goals, and ensure quick responses to issues while driving growth in the market. A competitive salary with bonuses and day-one health insurance are offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English; native French is a plus.
• Experience in customer service and/or B2B is preferred.
• Tourism and travel background is advantageous.
