CloserHire is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a remote role within the Lisbon area. You will handle viewer support, account assistance, and basic technical troubleshooting for a global digital brand.

Fluent Italian and English are required. The contract runs for six months, with a base salary of €1,000 plus a 100 performance bonus and a daily meal allowance of €7.63 (gross). Rotate schedules apply across Mon-Sun hours.

A typical day

You'll spend most of it on A Customer Support, specialist role with a global digital brand focused on viewer support, account assistance, and technical troubleshooting within a customer experience environment. Model: Remote (within Lisbon Area), location: Lisbon, Portugal Working, schedule: Rotational shifts (schedule to be confirmed), and in short: Customer support + technical troubleshooting + digital platform environment 6 month contract. Mon-Sun 7AM-9PM Given the short timeline, candidates must already be residing in Portugal and must live within 50 km of the our client Lisbon office.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with native/Fluent Italian (C2), fluent English (B2+), strong customer service and communication skills, basic technical troubleshooting ability, ability to learn new systems and technologies, eligible to work remotely within the Lisbon area (50km), and given the short timeline, candidates must already be residing in Portugal and must live within 50 km of the our client Lisbon office.
