We are looking for an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international customer support project based in Portugal.

This is a remote Customer Service role where you will support customers in Italian and English, assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries and service-related questions.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Recognize potential business opportunities and suggest additional services when relevant.
• Use digital tools and platforms effectively to manage customer interactions.
• Handle challenging situations professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
• Deliver a positive and customer-focused experience throughout each interaction.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian language skills.
• Good level of English.
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sales and customer engagement skills.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
• Ability to identify customer needs and potential business opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Availability to work remotely from Portugal.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday.
• Working hours between 08:00 and 19:00.
• Weekends off.

Compensation & Benefits

• Minimum monthly gross salary: €1,000.
• Welcome bonus available, paid in monthly instalments during the first year of employment.
• Relocation support is available for eligible candidates moving from outside Portugal.
• Shared accommodation support may be available as part of the relocation package.
• Flight tickets are not included in the relocation package.

Final salary, schedule, bonus, relocation, and contractual conditions will be confirmed during the official offer process.
