You will assist subscribers with accounts, subscriptions, billing, and streaming queries, while troubleshooting device and platform issues. The position requires native Italian and good English, with a rotating schedule and onboarding training provided.

You’ll help subscribers with their accounts, subscriptions, and technical inquiries while providing friendly, efficient, and professional support from the comfort of your home.
