CloserHire, partnering with a leading international streaming platform, is recruiting Spanish and Basque-speaking Customer Support Experts. This remote role handles account management, billing inquiries, and technical issues from mainland Portugal, with occasional Lisbon hub attendance for training.

You will work 40 hours per week on a 24/7 rotating schedule, delivering empathetic, high-quality support in a multicultural team, and you will be trained in English-led sessions.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in Castilian Spanish.
• Full professional fluency in Basque.
• English at B1 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Spanish and Basque-speaking Customer Support Experts for one of the world’s leading entertainment and streaming platforms. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with account management, billing enquiries, technical issues, and questions about products and features. This is a remote position within mainland Portugal, with occasional attendance at a Lisbon hub potentially required for training, technical setup, or operational needs.
