CloserHire is recruiting for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international streaming entertainment project from Portugal. You will assist subscribers with accounts, subscriptions, and technical inquiries while delivering friendly, efficient support.

Role requires native Italian and strong English, with remote work available for candidates in the Lisbon area. The position offers annualized pay of 14,000 EUR before taxes and full onboarding in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Italian
• Good command of English (B2)
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not essential
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable using multiple digital tools and systems simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be based within 50 km of Lisbon
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian and English
• Assist customers with account management, subscriptions, billing, and streaming inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming services, devices, and account access
• Guide customers through product features and platform functionality
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems
• Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure timely follow-up
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets while working in a fast-paced environment
