Qualificações

• Native or fluent French (C2).
• Good command of English (B2).
• Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role is preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, computers and digital applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
• Curious, proactive and persistent when resolving customer issues.
• Well organized and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work rotational shifts, including weekends.

Position: Customer Service Advisor

Salary1,000 EUR per month (x14 salaries)
+ Complexity bonus of €250

• Provide customer support via phone, email, live chat and social media channels

REQUIREMENTS:
