Responsabilidades

• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases when required.
• Provide accurate information regarding travel services, destinations, booking policies, and platform functionality.
• Maintain and update customer records within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collect customer feedback and report insights to support service improvements.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work model: on-site

Employment type: fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

€1100 + €100 complexity bonus + 7.63/day meal allowance

Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
Health care from day 1 free (but the candidates need to already have NIF and NISS, if not, they first need to take care of it, as this data is mandatory to enroll them in health insurance)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
