Job summary

Eco Plus Solutions AB in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist fluent in Italian to join our central operations. You will engage Italian-speaking clients via calls, emails, and live chat, delivering warm, efficient service during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

The role is on-site in Lisbon, Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 with weekends off. You will log all interactions in our CRM and collaborate with team leaders to hit performance targets.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Italian (C1/C2) speaking/writing required.
• Legal eligibility to work in Portugal (Residency Card) and NIF/NISS.
• On-site presence in Lisbon and willingness for full-time hours.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle high workload.

Responsibilities

• Handle Italian-speaking customer inquiries via calls, email, and live chat.
• Manage order tracking, stock, payments, dispatch, and returns.
• Log interactions and cases in the CRM system accurately.
• Coordinate with team leads to meet performance targets.
• Ensure high-quality service during peak holiday periods.
