Qualifikationen

• C1/C2 mastery in Spanish (spoken and written)
• Must reside in Portugal and hold NIF, NISS, and Residence Card
• Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with standard office software and CRM tools

Aufgaben

• Handle inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy
• Resolve order, payment, logistics, swaps and refunds issues
• Maintain data by recording conversations and case statuses in CRM
• Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery and foster teamwork
• Provide high-quality customer care meeting guidelines and metrics
