Eco Plus Solutions AB in Lisbon is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support shoppers via voice, email, and live chat. This 100% on-site role runs Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 with a fixed weekend off, in a central Lisbon office.

The position offers a base gross salary of €1,200 per month on a 14-month basis, plus up to €150 per month as a performance bonus, with fully paid onboarding. Residency, NIF, and NISS in Portugal are required.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in written and spoken Italian at C1/C2 level.
• Working proficiency in English is a strong plus.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities for fast-paced service.
• Ability to document interactions clearly in CRM.

Aufgaben

• Deliver prompt, professional assistance to Italian-speaking shoppers across voice, email, and live chat.
• Handle high volumes of inquiries during peak seasonal periods.
• Resolve queries on item availability, order tracking, delivery, payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Accurately document interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to maintain high service quality.
