Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking customer service agent to represent top international brands onsite. You will greet customers, respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and ensure a superior service experience.

Ideal candidates have Italian language proficiency (C2) and a good command of English (B1). Full training is provided, and eligibility to work in Portugal is required. The role includes a supportive team environment and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Italian language proficiency (C2) is required.
• English proficiency (B1) is required.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
• Eligible to work in Portugal and onsite in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate product/service information, resolve questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and raise complex cases to the relevant department.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Uphold a positive, solution-oriented approach to every customer interaction.
• Collaborate with team members and share best practices to continually improve the service.
