Eco Plus Solutions AB in Lisbon is seeking Italian-speaking Customer Experience Specialists to assist our Italian-speaking customer base during peak retail seasons.

This on-site role is 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 with weekends off. Base salary is €1,200 gross per month on a 14-month basis, plus up to €150 monthly performance bonus. Paid onboarding and a friendly, international team are offered.

Formación

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Basic to good English fluency is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Engage Italian customers via phone, email, and live chat with cheerful service.
• Handle high inquiry volumes during peak promotions and sales events.
• Provide order status, delivery tracking, returns, and refunds support.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and logs.
• Collaborate with team leads to achieve service targets.
