Boeva Tech in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist with English proficiency to support customers of a leading fashion retail brand. You will handle orders, deliveries, returns, refunds and exchanges, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 08:00–17:00, full-time employment, and a monthly base salary of €1,200 plus a €150 bonus. No prior fashion industry experience required; a customer-oriented mindset and strong communication

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Assist with order tracking, delivery updates, and shipping inquiries.
• Manage questions related to returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Provide information about products, availability, and order status.
• Resolve everyday post-purchase issues in a friendly, professional manner.
• Communicate with customers in Italian and English as required.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow brand standards.
