speakit in Portugal is seeking a Customer Technical Advisor & Inbound Sales Agent. You will handle incoming requests via phone, email, or chat, log cases, and resolve issues within SLAs, while driving customer satisfaction and inbound sales performance.

The role requires native Italian and fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to adapt. Comprehensive training, meal allowance, and health insurance after six months are provided.

Responsibilities

As aCustomer Technical Advisor & Inbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for the tasks below

• Take incoming user requests (via telephone, email, chat...), log call details into case management systems, and provide response and resolution within SLA to customers
• Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores, actively updating customers with status and resolution progress reports. Their happiness is our happiness
• Delivery of high-caliber Customer Service on post-sales requests (delivery, warranties, refunds
• Inbound sales support and product selling to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales goals set up every quarter while providing an excellent customer experience
• Logging and following up on orders or requests
• Capturing all required data elements in CRM as required by clients, policies, and products

To become a Customer Technical Advisor & Inbound Sales Agent, you need to meet the requirements below:
