speakit in Portugal is seeking a Customer Technical Advisor & Inbound Sales Agent. You will handle incoming requests via phone, email, or chat, log cases, and resolve issues within SLAs, while driving customer satisfaction and inbound sales performance.

The role requires native Italian and fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to adapt. Comprehensive training, meal allowance, and health insurance after six months are provided.

Qualificações

• Must have native level Italian (oral and written) and proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills with empathy and team spirit.
• Ability to adapt to unplanned situations in a methodical and organized way.
• Strong customer service oriented skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming user requests via telephone, email, chat; log details into case management systems; provide response within SLA.
• Aim for high Customer Satisfaction scores; update customers with status and resolution progress.
• Deliver high-caliber customer service on post-sales requests (delivery, warranties, refunds).
• Inbound sales support and product selling to increase revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
