Job summary

Noesis Portugal is seeking an IT Talent Acquisition specialist to attract and identify top tech talent. You will manage recruitment processes for IT roles and partner with engineering teams to address hiring needs.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, conduct interviews, and drive candidate experience while supporting university outreach and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting IT profiles.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Manage recruitment processes for IT roles;
• Work closely with technical teams and hiring managers to understand and address their recruitment needs;
• Identify and attract candidates through different sourcing channels, including LinkedIn and other platforms;

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience recruiting IT profiles;
• Previous experience in technology companies will be considered a plus;
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Ability to identify, attract, and assess talent;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
• A proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and team spirit;
• Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
• Curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn and grow;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
