Job summary

Decskill, an IT consulting company, is growing and seeking an IT Recruiter for a hybrid role. With over 10 years in the market and a community of 800 professionals across Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid, we value human talent and long-term relationships.

You will partner with Business Managers to source, screen, and interview IT profiles for national and international projects, craft announcements, and maintain CVs in the Decskill format.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or other academic degree in HR Management, Psychology or similar.
• At least 3 years' experience in Recruitment and Selection.
• Previous experience recruiting IT profiles.
• Be a dynamic person with good communication skills.
• A team player with collaboration spirit.
• A good working attitude and commitment.
• Be results-oriented.
• Speak other languages, like English.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers.
• Preparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms.
• Analysis and selection of CVs.
• Phone surveys when necessary.
• Sourcing candidates aligned with requirements across platforms and social networks.
• Performing and conducting interviews with candidates.
• Writing and sending the interview report to the Business Managers.
• Editing CVs according to the Decskill format.
