Job summary

Noesis Portugal seeks an IT Talent Acquisition specialist to attract and identify top talent in the technology sector. You will manage recruitment for IT roles, collaborate with engineering teams and hiring managers, and source candidates through diverse channels to ensure a strong candidate experience.

You will screen candidates, prepare assessment reports, and contribute to university recruitment initiatives while continuously improving Talent Acquisition processes and strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience recruiting IT profiles.
• Experience in technology companies is a plus.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• English proficiency required.

We're looking for an IT Talent Acquisition to join our team and help us attract and identify top talent in the technology sector.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Manage recruitment processes for IT roles;
• Work closely with technical teams and hiring managers to understand and address their recruitment needs;
• Identify and attract candidates through different sourcing channels, including LinkedIn and other platforms;
• Conduct screening interviews and prepare candidate assessment reports;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through close and transparent communication;
• Participate in recruitment initiatives with universities;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Talent Acquisition processes and strategies.

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience recruiting IT profiles;
• Previous experience in technology companies will be considered a plus;
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Ability to identify, attract, and assess talent;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
• A proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and team spirit;
• Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
• Curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn and grow;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
