Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles;
2. Search for potential candidates on platforms like LinkedIn (Recruiter) using various strategies;
3. Conduct phone and video interviews;
4. Communicate with hiring managers to understand their needs.

Experience:

1. BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields;
2. At least 1 year of experience recruiting IT profiles;
3. Interest in the IT industry;
4. Ability to adapt to high-speed and changing environments.
