• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at the same time.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• A collaborative, transparent and solution-oriented mindset, with ownership, adaptability and care for candidate experience.
