• Manage recruitment processes from initial contact to candidate presentation, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
• Partner with internal teams to understand project needs, role expectations and priority skill areas.
• Share market insights and candidate recommendations with hiring stakeholders.
• Support feedback sessions and contribute to a transparent, respectful candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs across key technology areas.
• Nurture relationships with passive candidates and strengthen Hexa’s presence in the IT talent market.
