IT & Data Manager (Reporting & Operations)

At Hexa Group, technology is the foundation for growth — and data powers decisions. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on IT & Data Manager to run the IT department and orchestrate reporting/BI across the group — Hexa Consulting, Hexa People, Hexa Engineering and other units — supporting 300+ employees.

This is a management and operations role: team leadership, vendors, budget, roadmap and metrics. No systems architecture.

Ensure the availability and continuous improvement of the infrastructure and data/reporting tools, supporting operations and aligning with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 (in coordination with GRC).

• Lead the internal IT team and the service roadmap.
• Coordinate vendors (telecom, hardware, software, data/BI).
• Define and track SLAs, budget and service KPIs.
• Operate the Jira Service Management Help Centre (catalogue, queues, reporting).

Data & Reporting

• Collect, consolidate and validate operational data from group systems.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards/reports for Leadership and business teams.
• Working knowledge of databases/SQL to extract and validate information.

Systems & Operations

• Govern Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Intune (configurations, policies).
• Oversee the hardware lifecycle (purchase, delivery, support, retrieval).
• Orchestrate onboarding/offboarding and licences with the technical team/vendor.
• Provide technical-functional oversight of internal applications (e.g., mobility).
• 4+ years in IT operations/management or service management.
• Experience leading teams and managing vendors.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English. Residing in Portugal (mandatory).
• Knowledge of the following tools:
• Power BI
• Working knowledge of databases/SQL for querying and data validation.
• Structured mindset, analytical ability, clear communication and autonomy.
