Job summary

BAUF Portugal seeks an HVAC export sales professional to build a European distributor network. You will open new distributors, onboard them, and grow sell-in/sell-out for BAUF air conditioning and heat pump ranges.

The role involves presenting solutions to distributors and installers, coordinating technical support, and representing BAUF at HVAC exhibitions across Europe.

Qualifications

• Export / international sales experience in HVAC (air conditioning, heat pumps, or related equipment).
• Proven track record opening and developing HVAC distributors in European markets.
• Knowledge of EU HVAC market and distribution channels.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work across borders.
• Additional European language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open new HVAC distributors and wholesalers in European export markets.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard distributors for BAUF ranges.
• Grow distributor sell-in and sell-out of BAUF products.
• Present BAUF cooling solutions to distributors and installer networks.
• Coordinate technical support, warranty and spare parts for distributors.
