BAUF is seeking an International Sales Manager to develop its HVAC export business across European markets. You will identify and sign new distributors, onboard them with BAUF's air conditioning and heat pump ranges, and drive sell-in and sell-out through installer networks.

The ideal candidate has proven HVAC export experience, strong distributor negotiation skills, and fluent English (additional languages a plus). Willingness to travel internationally is required in this expanding brand.

• Export/international sales experience in HVAC.
• Proven track record opening HVAC distributors in Europe.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Open and sign new HVAC distributors/wholesalers in Europe.
• Onboard distributors with BAUF products: pricing, stock, training.
• Grow distributor sell-in and sell-out of BAUF HVAC products.
• Present BAUF heat pump and air conditioning solutions to distributors and installer networks.
