Job summary

BAUF is seeking an International Sales Manager to expand its HVAC distributor network across Europe from its Lisbon base. You will identify, negotiate and sign new distributors, onboard them with price lists, stock and technical training, and drive growth of BAUF HVAC products through the channel.

Fluent English is essential; willingness to travel internationally and knowledge of the EU HVAC market will help you succeed in this expanding European brand.

Qualifications

• Export / international sales experience in HVAC: air conditioning, heat pumps, heating or ventilation equipment.
• Track record of opening and developing HVAC distributors and dealers in European export markets.
• Knowledge of the EU HVAC market and the HVAC channel.
• Experience negotiating distributor terms: price lists, volumes, stock.

Responsibilities

• Open new HVAC distributors and wholesalers in European export markets: identify, negotiate, sign.
• Onboard distributors on BAUF air conditioning, multi-split and heat pump ranges: price lists, stock, technical training.
• Grow distributor sell-in and sell-out of BAUF HVAC products.
• Present BAUF heat pump and air conditioning solutions to distributors and their installer networks.

International Sales Manager – HVAC Export (Heat Pumps & Air Conditioning)

We are looking for an HVAC export sales professional

— Export Manager, Area Export Manager or International Sales Manager from an air conditioning or heat pump manufacturer, importer or distributor — to build BAUF's HVAC distributor network in European export markets.

Requirements

Export / international sales experience in HVAC: air conditioning, heat pumps, heating or ventilation equipment

Track record of opening and developing HVAC distributors and dealers in European export markets

Knowledge of the EU HVAC market and the HVAC channel

Experience negotiating distributor terms: price lists, volumes, stock

Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus

Availability to travel internationally
