Workster is seeking Danish-speaking customer support professionals to join our international Lisbon team. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat for a well-known global brand, with a focus on delivering friendly, solution-oriented service.

Initially you’ll work on-site for 3 months to acclimate, then move to a hybrid setup. The role offers paid training, a modern Lisbon office, and an opportunity to grow within an international, multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Danish (C1-C2)
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

• Good computer skills and ability to multitask

Responsabilidades

You will initially work fully on‑site for the first 3 months to get to know the team and the working environment, before moving to a hybrid setup.

Your Role

• Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, and chat

• Assist customers with product‑related questions, orders, and general inquiries
