Product Pulse is seeking a Danish-speaking customer support specialist to join a dynamic, international team in Lisbon. You will handle Danish queries via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with orders and product questions in a fast-paced environment.

After onboarding, you’ll transition to a hybrid work setup while enjoying a modern Lisbon office and career growth opportunities. The role requires native or fluent Danish and good English, with prior customer service experience

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Danish (C1-C2) level.
• Good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

We're looking for talented Danish speakers to join a dynamic international team in Lisbon.

This is an exciting opportunity to build an international career while supporting customers for a well-known global brand in a modern and multicultural environment. You’ll work in a professional and supportive setting, with the opportunity to transition into a hybrid working model after the onboarding period.

You will initially work fully on-site for the first 3 months to get to know the team and the working environment, before moving to a hybrid setup.

Your Role:

• Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with product-related questions, orders, and general inquiries
• Deliver professional and solution-oriented support while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set deadlines
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments to resolve ongoing cases
• Maintain and update internal systems and customer records
• Ensure clear and professional communication at all times

Your Qualifications:
