Cross Border Talents in Lisbon invites you to join as Inside Sales Development Representative, a role designed for ambitious individuals to grow in digital marketing and sales. You will identify potential partners, engage decision-makers, and present tailored solutions to drive business growth in a global context.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide full paid training, a renewable full-time contract, monthly bonuses, and private health and dental insurance after probation.

Job Description

Are you passionate about digital marketing, social media, and sales? We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a global customer experience leader in Lisbon.

In this role, you will help businesses grow by identifying potential partners, engaging decision-makers, and presenting tailored digital advertising and community engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales activities (cold calling, email outreach) to reach new potential business clients.
• Guide potential clients through finalizing their sign-up and onboarding process.
• Understand client needs, present strategic solutions, and effectively handle objections.
• Manage and pipeline prospective accounts to meet monthly goals.

Key Requirements

• Language Skills: C1/C2 or Native Level in English (fluent spoken & written).
• Location: Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (EU Work Authorization required).
• Skills: Strong communication, consultative selling approach, and basic understanding of digital marketing/social media platforms.
• Mindset: Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable making outbound calls.
• No prior sales experience required; full paid training is provided!
