Job summary

Finastra is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Lisbon to generate and qualify new business opportunities by engaging potential clients via calls and emails. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales to nurture prospects and drive pipeline through effective outreach.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound and/or outbound B2B phone marketing or sales.
• Track record of selling over the phone with a history of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging for clients.
• Maintain sales forecasting data in the sales system.
• Report to the Business Development Manager on sales results.
