Finastra is seeking a Sales Development Representative for Universal Banking (Arabic Speaker) in Lisbon. You will bridge Marketing and Sales, qualify leads, and nurture relationships with potential customers across inbound and outbound channels.

The role emphasizes English and Arabic communication, CRM use, and collaboration with account executives to drive opportunities in a banking software environment. A hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales, sales support, business development, or B2B roles is welcome but not required.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Banking/Finance or software background is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify and manage new and existing leads through inbound and outbound channels.
• Maintain active engagement with leads to increase interest through calls, email, and social channels.
• Collaborate with account executives to target the right leads and accounts.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and participate in weekly/monthly sales reporting.
• Pursue lead generation targets with consistent follow-up and KPI adherence.
