Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for retail partners and internal stakeholders via email.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and sales staff.
• Process retail orders accurately and manage shipment/stock planning.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the retail customer experience.
• Document retailer interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Support after-sales handling of complaints, logistics, and returns.
• Stay updated on products and policies, and participate in training.
