A Dorel Juvenile procura um Demand Specialist para gerir a procura de mercado atribuído, maximizando vendas e melhorando a performance de entrega. O profissional atuará como o ponto de contacto da cadeia de suprimentos entre várias áreas, assegurando previsões e disponibilidade de produtos.

É requerida formação em áreas relacionadas, Excel, Power BI e inglês fluente, com regime híbrido (até 3 dias no escritório) e salário entre 19.500€ e 22.000€ brutos anuais, com benefícios adicionais.

Qualificações

• Excel é exigido para análise de dados e gestão de listas.
• Inglês fluente é obrigatório em ambiente multinacional.
• Formação relevante em área de negócio/logística é necessária.

Responsabilidades

• Analisar disponibilidade e assegurar acordos, promos e disponibilidade de produtos.
• Antecipar escassezes e coordenar com parceiros de supply chain.
• Gerir o book de encomendas e assegurar atendimento conforme forecast.
• Analisar questões de qualidade como ponto único de contato para prioridades.

Your Mission

As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Demand Specialist to join our Supply Chain team of 7 people.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing demand for your assigned market, in order to maximize sales and improve delivery performance.

Your Main Tasks

You are the key contact for a given market and/or specific brands and as a such, you manage the demand according to product availability. Point of contact of the Supply chain for all departments in Dorel (KAMs, Customer Service, Quality, Marketing…) you are responsible for:

• Analyze availability and secure important deals (such as promos…)
• Anticipate shortages and solve them in close collaboration with supply partners
• Manage the orderbook entry and make sure markets are served properly according to their forecasts
• If quality issue, being the only point of contact to analyze, coordinate priorities and communicate to all stakeholders

Proposing offers/promotions on sales requests: building the offer, push excess & obsolete, answer all sales requests about availability of products.

Managing New products introduction:

• Make sure launch plan priorities are executed
• Do regular follow up of the situation and communicate regularly to all stakeholders

Pushing overstocks.

Improving the Availability & Delivery Performance:

• Follow and analyze the KPI availability performance.
• Define action plans and all necessary actions to improve our service level.

Your Profile

• Graduated with a 3 -5 year diploma in a Business, Financial or Logistical School, you are service driven and like to search for the best solutions in close collaboration with other members of the supply chain and other departments in a European environment.
• Your strong personality and effective communication skills are key elements for a clear communication to sales.
• You are able to analyze quickly the issues you will face and take the best decisions to solve them.
• Dynamic and reactive you like to find the best availability of products, having a good balance between service given to your market and stock constraints.
• You like to challenge and questions your contacts to make sure what you are validating in term of demand makes sense for the market and meet the organization requirements.
• Good working knowledge of Excel is required. Knowing M3, Power BI or Futurmaster or another APS is a plus.
• Your English is fluent and is a must have in a multicultural company such as Dorel Juvenile.

What we offer

• A salary between 19.500€ and 22.000€ gross annual, based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
• This is a position for 40 hours per week.
• The option is to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
