Job summary

Dorel Juvenile is seeking a Retail Care Representative in Vila do Conde, Portugal. The role focuses on serving as the primary contact for retail partners, processing orders, and driving customer satisfaction across departments.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in customer service, fluent Spanish, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid work is available, with 40 hours weekly and 26 days of annual leave as part of the package.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the retail customer experience.
• Document retailer interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Support after-sales handling of complaints, logistics, and returns.
• Stay updated on products and policies, and participate in training.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for retail partners and internal stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries, requests and concerns via email.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers, sales associates, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership.
• Process retail orders accurately and efficiently, managing efficient shipment & stock planning.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the retail customer experience and streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document retailer interactions, complaints, returns, credit notes and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for tracking and reporting purposes.
• After sales management, which includes supporting internal departments when dealing with complaints, logistics, price checking, products, returns.
• Stay informed about our products, policies and procedures, participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Your profile

• 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related roles;
• Fluent in Spanish (mandatory);
• Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills, build rapport, and communicate effectively across diverse departments.

What we offer

• A salary between 16.500€ and 18.000€ gross annual, based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
• This is a position for 40 hours per week.
• You are eligible for 15 months every year.
• The option is to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
• The entitlement to annual leave can be up to 26 days, according to internal policy.
