Job summary

Dorel Juvenile in Portugal is seeking a Demand Specialist to join the Supply Chain team on a maternity leave replacement. You will manage demand for the assigned market, analyze availability, and coordinate with supply partners to maximize service levels.

You will work 40 hours per week, with a hybrid arrangement up to 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Strong Excel skills and English fluency are required; knowledge of M3, Power BI or Futurmaster is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a 3-5 year diploma in a Business, Financial or Logistical School.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset.
• Fluent English in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand for assigned market to maximize sales and delivery performance.
• Analyse availability, coordinate with supply partners and stakeholders.
• Capture and communicate demand signals, manage promotions and new products.
• Follow KPI availability and define actions to improve service level.
