Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Customer Specialist to support a Medical Devices project. You will serve as a primary contact for customers, handling product questions, orders, and account requests across phone, email, chat, and other channels.

The role requires fluent German (C1/C2) and English (C1), at least 1 year in customer support, and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude. This position offers hybrid work and competitive benefits including language bonuses and health insurance.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (C1).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in CS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, account requests, orders, deliveries, and service inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and support procedures while following company guidelines.
• Handle customer issues efficiently and escalate technical or complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Accurately record customer interactions, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Deliver empathetic, customer-focused, and solution-oriented support at every interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet quality, productivity, service-level, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay informed about medical device products, company procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices through ongoing training.
