Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in HR administration (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM) in Shared Services.
• Solid understanding of core HR operations and basic Swiss payroll input requirements.
• Proficiency with global HRIS platforms and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer-service orientation.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Execute core HR operations: onboarding, job changes, transfers, leaves, compensation changes, and offboarding.
• Ensure GDPR/compliance and accurate payroll inputs for local/regional/global processing.
• Manage Tier 1/2 inquiries via HR service desk with SLA targets.
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS (One HR and local systems) through audits.
• Generate standard employment contracts, addendums, verification letters, and exit documents.
• Contribute to SOPs and keep knowledge base updated, driving process improvement.
