Unilabs is seeking an HRIS Specialist to join our global HRIS team. You will support Oracle HCM Cloud operations, investigate incidents, and collaborate with HR and IT across multiple countries to resolve issues and enable improvements.

The role emphasizes data quality, system testing, and ongoing optimization of HR processes. You’ll grow your skills in a multinational setting while supporting colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRIS experience or similar role.
• Hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data quality controls.
• Experience with system testing, UAT, and regression testing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• HRIS Operations & Support for Oracle HCM Cloud across countries.
• Service delivery with HR, IT and external partners to resolve issues.
• Contribute to system improvements and testing for Oracle releases.
• Support data validation, reporting and data extraction activities.
• Maintain documentation and share best practices across teams.
